 Jeopardy FAQs

  • A maximum of 4 members are allowed per team. If space permits, we may allow a second team from schools that register their interest when completing the Jeopardy registration form.

  • We will host 3 preliminary rounds, each with one Jeopardy round and Final Jeopardy (no Double Jeopardy). Byes will be randomly allocated as necessary.

  • A point system during the preliminary rounds (1st-4, 2nd-2, 3rd-1) will determine the 9 highest placing teams. Average cash score per round will be used as a tiebreaker.

  • Please fill out the team registration form on the Jeopardy homepage.

  • Unfortunately, due to material and time constraints, we are unable to accommodate more than 15 teams. Due to high demand in the region, we want to make sure each university has the opportunity to compete.

  • First, please review the official AICHE rules and regulations found at https://www.aiche.org/community/awards/cheme-jeopardy-competition.
If there is anything else we can help with, please fill out the online form in the contact section and we will get back to you ASAP.
