This workshop will focus on effective active listening, considerations when providing feedback, communication drivers, and will provide a feedback model you can adopt to deliver authentic, actionable feedback.

Teams from across the Mid-Atlantic will design a car based on a chemical reaction. Each school must present a poster on how each car works with special emphasis placed on safety. In the second part of the competition, teams will adjust their car to travel a set distance.
