Research Competitions
There are two options for you to share your research with the world: 1.) Poster presentation or 2.) Technical Presentation. To register fill out this Google Form. You will be require to upload an abstract during this process.

Primary Submission: March 17th, 11:59 PM
Notification of Acceptance: March 24th
Rolling Submission Deadline: April 1st, 11:59 PM
Technical Presentation: April 22nd, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Research Poster Session: April 23rd, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
For those whose conference attendance is dependent on abstract acceptance, please contact us for an early bird waiver.

We understand that for guests, travel arrangements must be made ASAP. To be respectful of this, we want to guarantee acceptance notifications by March 24 for those that apply before March 17. For those applying after March 17, we will accept applications until April 1 and continue to provide acceptances on a rolling level as space permits.

Not just chemical engineering! Please apply if you perform STEM related research, even if outside the direct scope of chemical engineering. Judges will have a wide breadth of experiences, including computer science, mechanical engineering, and biological sciences.

There is some overlap between the poster presentation sessions and the Chem-E-Car competition. We have designed the poster competition to have two separate sections, the first of which will end by 10:30am. We encourage those competing in both to make the appropriate selections when completing the Abstract Submission Form.

Research presentations and the Jeopardy preliminary rounds will overlap. We encourage you to apply for a poster presentation, as the timing on Sunday will not overlap with the Jeopardy competition!
