Ready to register? General admission tickets are required for all attendees. This includes those competing in events such as Chem-E-Car, Jeopardy, etc.

March 1st - March 21st: Early Bird Rate ($20)
March 22nd – April 14th: Standard Rate ($35)
April 1st: Deadline for full refund and guarantee of swag bag
April 14th – April 22nd: Late Rate ($50)
How to Register
There are two steps in the registration process.
1.) Purchase general admission through our shop.
Individuals from schools may buy their own ticket, however, we ask that they communicate their attendance to university conference representative for the registration form. For those buying for a group, please double check that the same number of tickets purchased equals the number of attendees from your organization.
Faculty that elect to volunteer in competition positions will be provided with a free ticket. Please email vt_aiche_2023@vt.edu for more details before purchase.
2.) For school representatives, download the form from the button below, fill out the required information of your school’s attendees, then email it to us. We will be using this form for offering meals for those with food restrictions and name tags. You can submit this form during ticket purchase or email it to us: vt_aiche_2023@vt.edu.

Research Competitions
There are two options for you to share your research: 1.) Poster presentation or 2.) Technical Presentation. To register fill out this Google Form. You will be require to upload an abstract during this process.
